Hush in Richwoods

Physician-directed med spa treatments for Richwoods and the wider Frisco Valley — free consultations, same-week appointments.

Clients across Richwoods rely on Hush MedSpa for dependable, professional service.

Richwoods sits inside Frisco’s aesthetics market, close enough to Downtown Frisco and Phillips Creek Ranch that choosing a med spa is less about distance and more about whether the room feels safe after every cautionary story you have seen. HUSH MedSpa serves Richwoods from 7227 Main Street with a clear bias: natural-looking rejuvenation, custom plans, and no pressure to buy a frozen or overfilled result. Botox, Dysport, filler, Sculptra, PRF EZ Gel, PCA peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, Motus hair removal, Virtue RF, Tetra CO2, laser facial, MicroCool, HydraCool, hormone programs, and medical-grade Hush and ZO skincare are the actual menu — not a borrowed surgery list.

Trust questions in Richwoods sound specific. Who does the injection. Is there a real exam before a laser. Why some clinics quote Botox per area and others per unit. Whether a glamorous medical-director photo means that person will be in the room. We answer those with process: appointments required, online booking, an in-person evaluation before we recommend injectables or energy devices, and a plan you can refuse. Jeanette described a new-client Dysport visit that ran from easy online booking through the injections themselves and waited the designated two weeks before reviewing. That pace — not a same-week miracle post — is how we want results judged.

We will not out-credential a board-certified plastic surgery practice that also runs a med spa, because we are a standalone Frisco med spa, and honesty about that is part of the job. What we will do is tell you who you will see, keep wheelchair-accessible parking and entry, take cards and mobile NFC, and refuse photo-only treatment plans. Neighboring areas we already serve in this same Frisco web include Downtown Frisco, Phillips Creek Ranch, West Plano, Willow Bend, Craig Ranch, Watters Creek, and Far North Dallas. If you are price-shopping, bring the questions about deposits, tips, and package tiers to the consult; we would rather lose a booking than surprise you mid-appointment.

How we work in Richwoods

  • Botox & Fillers

Richwoods patients researching Botox and fillers are often trying to unlearn viral filler horror and the idea that every lip needs a full syringe. HA filler is dissolvable; that fact, explained plainly, is what usually calms a skeptic more than a sales adjective. We still start with the smallest honest map of forehead, 11s, crow’s feet, or lips. Charging logic — per area versus per unit — is explained so you can compare us to the clinic down the road without guessing.

  • Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal for Richwoods is Motus, scheduled as a series with a medical screen first. Face, underarms, and body are not interchangeable settings. If your hair or skin type is a weak candidate, we would rather send you back to shaving than take a prepaid series we cannot finish well.

  • Chemical Peels

Chemical peels in Richwoods are a pigmentation and texture tool, especially for acne marks, not a luxury facial with a different name. PCA peels are chosen and spaced for your skin, including when a lighter pass is the safer call on PIH-prone tone. Tipping is a personal choice on already costly aesthetic visits; we will not imply a percentage on this page.

  • Microneedling

Microneedling versus an at-home stamp is the Richwoods cost conversation we hear most: you are paying for sanitation, depth control, and someone who will stop if the skin is not a candidate that day. RF microneedling is a separate recommendation when tightening is the goal. We explain the difference between microneedling and radio frequency microneedling in the consult so the extra step is a choice, not a surprise upgrade.

  • HydraFacial

HydraFacial for Richwoods is the non-injectable starting point when you want better skin and you are not ready for Botox. It is also the membership service people keep when the skin feel is the proof. If you want dermaplane or a laser facial instead, say that in booking so the visit is built around the treatment you actually want.

  • Body Contouring

Non surgical body contouring from Richwoods should be vetted the same way you would vet any energy device: who runs it, what the series looks like, and what it will not do. MicroCool and HydraCool are device options here. They are not CoolSculpting by another slogan unless that is the device in the room, and we will name what you are actually getting in consult rather than hiding behind a category label.

  • Skin Tightening

Skin tightening for Richwoods faces is Virtue RF and, for deeper resurfacing, HUSH Renew CO2 with Tetra — tools that need an in-person exam, not a screenshot. Supervision and the person at the handpiece matter more than a brand logo on a website. If tightening is the wrong lever and skincare or filler would read more naturally, that is the plan we write.

  • IV Therapy

IV therapy is offered to Richwoods patients as an optional wellness service with the same appointment rules as injectables. It does not replace a good-faith exam for lasers or filler, and it is not a required add-on to a skin visit.

  • Consultations

Richwoods consultations are the filter for upsells: you should know the recommended treatment, what is optional, whether a prepayment is a deposit, and who performs the work. Virtual photos are not enough for us to green-light injectables or ablative laser. Schedule online or call (214) 220-0102. If the right answer is a starter facial instead of a multi-session body plan, that is a successful consult.

Richwoods questions, answered

Does HUSH MedSpa actually take patients from Richwoods?

Yes. Richwoods is part of the Frisco territory we treat from 7227 Main Street, along with Downtown Frisco, Phillips Creek Ranch, and nearby cities such as Plano, McKinney, Allen, and Prosper. Appointments are required. Free onsite parking is available, and the space is wheelchair accessible at the entrance, parking, restroom, and seating.

After everything in the news about med spas, how do I know this is a safe place for injectables?

Ask who performs your injection, what exam happens before a needle or a laser, and whether a plan can be made from photos alone — ours cannot. We require appointments and treat injectables and energy devices as medical services, not walk-in beauty add-ons. We will not claim a surgery-center accreditation we do not have; we will tell you exactly who is in the room with you.

I have darker skin and acne marks. Are chemical peels a bad idea?

Not automatically. PCA peels can help acne marks and pigmentation when strength and spacing match the skin in front of us, with aftercare spelled out before you leave. They are a bad idea when someone pushes a deep peel as a one-size setting. If a peel is too aggressive for you, we stage down or choose a different skin treatment rather than hoping PIH will not show up.

What should I ask so I am not surprised by add-ons or a bigger bill than I planned?

Ask how neuromodulators are quoted (per unit or per area), whether the amount due at booking is a deposit or the full service, what is included versus optional (PRP, extra syringes, memberships), and who will do the treatment. First-timers should budget one or two areas — forehead, 11s, or crow’s feet — rather than a full-face day. We would rather quote a smaller, clear plan than expand it after you are already in the chair.

Your plan, thought through like medicine. Delivered like hospitality.
