Skin tightening with RF or Tetra CO2 is a later conversation for many first-timers. If laxity is truly the issue, ask what a course looks like and what it will not do. A facelift lives in a different kind of practice.
IV Therapy
IV therapy can be booked as its own visit. It does not need to ride along with your first facial or your first Dysport map. Allen patients who want a simple first appointment should say so at scheduling.

How do I keep a first visit from treating too many areas?
Say the cap out loud: one zone, or skin only. Ask the injector to explain forehead versus crow’s feet versus the 11s as separate decisions. You can come back from Allen for the next area after you see how you settle. Nothing on this brief requires a full-face first appointment.
Do people tip on peels and injectables, and will I be pushed into a membership?
